Motorbike Tours Overview
Motorbike tours in Europe and the UK have been a welcome method of relaxation and adventure for many
bikers for years. Brettours was formed in 1999 by Ron Brett who has travelled and worked in Europe
for many years. Ron, a biker for over 30 years, appreciates fully the peace of mind sought after
when undertaking a foreign tour or vacation. At Brettours, we have over twelve years experience
arranging upmarket, luxury, hosted and escorted bike tours for affordable prices which cover
interesting places over most of Europe and the UK. We travel throughout on superb bike routes
stopping at some of the best biker friendly hotels en-route. We offer a variety of tours ranging
from 2 and 3 day weekend breaks through to 1 and 2 week long tours. This year we have a 10 day
tour taking in most of Europe and an 11 day tour to the South of France.
We deal with biker clubs, groups of friends and individuals, everyone is welcome.

Accommodation & Meals
All accommodation used on our tours are of a high standard and have been personally checked by
Brettours. While comfort, cleanliness, friendliness and bike security are high on our list of
criteria, we also try to use accommodation that boasts nearby amenities such as restaurants, banks,
shops etc. All accommodation will include en-suite facilities. Solo riders are normally
accommodated in pairs unless single occupancy is requested. We have quite deliberately taken dinner,
bed & breakfast in many of the overnight stops as this is one of the reasons that makes us unique. In some
cases we do not book dinner to allow our biker guests a choice in terms of where to enjoy their evening meals.
Routes
The European road network has massively improved in recent years, making it possible to reach much
further destinations in a shorter time. Motorways are only used where we need to cover longer
distances in a shorter time - normally the first day and occasionally for the last day. The
routes used have been reconnoitred and have been selected for their good road surfaces,
spectacular scenery, places of interest, and where possible, avoid congested roads and major
towns. Distances vary each day depending on whether we are on the mountain roads, riding across
the plains, or even both. On the non-HOG tours there will always be time to detour if you wish, taking coffee
stops and lunch breaks etc. All bikers are able to arrive in good time allowing the opportunity to freshen up
in readiness for the evening's festivities. There is also a chase/support van on all the tours.
